As of August 1, 2019, Ss. Robert & William only licenses (makes available) parish and school facilities to parishioners and for gatherings following a liturgical event held at the parish (i.e., Baptism, First Communion, & Funerals).  The only exceptions to this policy are for pre-existing uses, and for events scheduled prior to the policy’s establishment.  While there is ordinarily no charge for use for parishioners, a contribution to the Parish to help defray costs is appreciated.  Please note that the contribution for facility use may not be tax-deductible.  Please also note that, as a condition of using the parish’s facilities, proof of liability insurance will be required, or, alternatively, Special Events Insurance can be purchased by contacting the Diocese of Cleveland Insurance office.   If alcohol is permitted, liquor liability insurance must be purchased.
