We are excited to gather together this July for the inaugural Parish Picnic at Ss. Robert & William Catholic Parish! This special day is centered on bringing together our parishioners, school families, ministries, and friends for a joyful afternoon of faith, fellowship, food, and fun.

Event Details

When: Sunday, July 19
Time: Starting with 11:00 AM Mass
Picnic Festivities Immediately Following Mass until 5:00 PM
Where: On Parish Grounds

Free Food for Parish & School Families

All registered parishioners and school families will enjoy complimentary food during the picnic. To help us prepare enough food for everyone, we strongly encourage families to register ahead of time using the form on this page.

This day is an opportunity to strengthen our parish community, support our ministries, and celebrate the joy of our Catholic faith together.

Grand Prize Raffle

Back by popular demand, we will once again hold a Parish Raffle Fundraiser!

 Tickets: $5 each
Grand Prize: $5,000
Drawing: July 19 at 4:45 PM

We are asking each parish and school family to help support the event by returning 25 raffle tickets if possible.

Raffle tickets and donations may be:

• Returned to the Parish Office
• Placed in the collection basket using the provided envelope

Volunteer Opportunities

Ministry Prayer Tent

All parish ministries are invited to participate in our Prayer Tent by creating a simple display featuring your ministry. Posters, pamphlets, photos, or informational materials are all welcome.

This is a wonderful opportunity to share how God is working through the ministries of our parish and invite others to become involved.

Door Prizes & Family Fun

There will be plenty of fun throughout the day for all ages!

Door Prizes Every Hour Beginning at 1:00 PM
Enter your name at the Welcome Tent for a chance to win. Winners must be present to claim prizes.

Wild & Krazy Hat Contest
Show off your creativity for a chance to win a $200 prize! Separate categories for adults and children.

Watermelon Eating Contest
Fun competitions for both kids and adults — with prizes included!

Additional games and surprises will be happening throughout the afternoon.

Under the Big Tent

Live music begins at 12:30 PM under the Big Tent.

The Goodfellows Duo will perform throughout the afternoon until 5:00 PM, and there will be a dance floor ready for anyone who wants to join in the fun.

Tables and chairs will be available under the tent for shaded seating during lunch and entertainment.

Families are also encouraged to bring:

• Pop-up canopies
• Lawn chairs
• Picnic blankets

and enjoy the day together on the parish grounds.
