ParishSOFT Managed Giving recently teamed up with FaithDirect and is now our online giving platform. The change happened at St. John of the Cross last month and will occur at Ss. Robert and William this week.
If you use FaithDirect, you may have noticed “ParishSoft” or “PmntBrnds” on your financial statements. We apologize if this has caused anyone worry or confusion. Please know that your financial information is secure. This change, although straightforward, was implemented for Faith Direct customers in many parishes and is still being processed for others. In that, we had to look for information to help our parishioners navigate the process. Members of our staff are working with ParishSoft to learn how users will experience the change. We will share what we find in upcoming bulletins and Flocknotes.
The reason ParishSoft is now our online giving platform is to make giving easier, more secure, and more impactful for every member of our faith community. ParishSOFT Giving offers the same features—recurring gifts, online giving, and donor support—plus new enhancements: • Modern giving options: including Apple Pay, Google Pay, stock, and crypto. • Anonymous Giving • Mobile-friendly experience: give online, through the app, or by text. • Option to cover processing fees to maximize the impact of your generosity. • Donors can give based on your preferred schedule, with support for weekly contributions rather than once-a-month processing. • Weekly Giving: If you selected weekly giving, your gifts will now be deducted each week instead of in one monthly batch.
