Teja became the Principal for Student Success of Ss. Robert & William School July of 2024. , “From the moment I stepped foot into our school, I felt welcomed. Ss. Robert and William is not a career, but an extension of my family. It is my honor to step into the role of school principal. I look forward to providing families and staff with stability, consistency, and continuous commitment to our scholars. As a product of Catholic education, I will make my best efforts to ensure students feel safe and loved in a Christ-centered learning environment.”
Mrs. Novak grew up in the Slovenian community. She places strong value in family, faith, and culture. She welcomes diversity and the uniqueness it brings to a school community. Her parents have always emphasized the importance of a quality education. Mrs. Novak graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Notre Dame College of Ohio. She earned a National STEM Certification from the National Institute of STEM Education. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership through American College of Education, Indiana. Mrs. Novak has worked in the ministry of education for 20 years and is passionate about making a difference in the life of every student. She is blessed with the love and support of her husband and four children, who keep her busy outside the school setting with sports and travel. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, a day at the beach, bonfires, and spending time with family and friends.
